The store sells products to private individuals who are over 18-years old. Product prices include Finnish VAT. We reserve the right to change the prices and delivery costs.

Ordering

Products are ordered in the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to clarify any ambiguities in it, unless otherwise stated. When ordering from the online store, you are required to read and commit to the delivery terms valid at the time of order.

Payment and payment methods

We use Klarna Checkout as the payment service. Payment options include invoice, installment payments, card payments and online banking payments.

By providing information at the checkout and proceeding with the order, you accept the terms and conditions of Klarna AB (Klarna AB, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm). By clicking the “Buy” button, you accept the general terms and conditions of Saide webstore.

Order and payment confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will immediately email you an order confirmation showing your order details. Always check the contents of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately. Save your order confirmation if you need to contact our customer service. When dealing with customer service, always keep your possible customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products on the order confirmation.

Delivery methods and costs

Delivery costs include mail and packaging. We present an estimate of future delivery costs according to the primary delivery method in use in the shopping cart. You can see the exact delivery costs after selecting the desired payment and delivery methods for the order. The delivery method depends on the contents and total weight of the product(s) in the Shopping Cart. From the delivery methods used at the checkout, you can choose the option that suits you best.

Delivery time

Our most common delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order and delivery method. Exceptions to delivery time estimates are stated if there are products out of stock in the shopping cart. We will also notify you of any possible delays immediately after ordering.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events or indirect inconvenience caused by delays. The online store informs about different delivery times on its website.

Return policy

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the last batch of goods has been received or, in the case of downloadable products, from the moment of receipt of the order.

In order to exercise your right for cancellation, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the contract in a clear manner (for example, by letter, post or email). You can also use our printable return form, but it is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the 14-day cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send your notice of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the said period.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this Agreement, we will refund you all the payments received from you, including shipping costs (except for the additional cost of choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest one we offer), without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after receiving notice of cancellation. We will make the refund using the payment method you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly stated otherwise, and in any case at no cost to you.

You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14-days after the cancellation notice. The deadline has been met if you return the goods before the end of that 14-day period.

You are only liable for any depreciation of the goods as a result of any treatment other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Non-redeemed package

Non-redemption is not the same thing as a refund or cancellation. For non-redeemed packages for which no separate cancellation notice has been made, we will charge the delivery cost.

Problem situations

If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must report the error within 14 days in writing to the address mentioned in the Right of Cancellation and Return Policy or by calling the telephone number mentioned in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately make a complaint to the shipping company of your choice.

Tilaaminen

Tuotteet tilataan verkkokaupassa siirtämällä ne ostoskoriin ja maksamalla ostoskorin sisältö verkkomaksupalvelussa. Kaikki asiakastiedot käsitellään luottamuksellisesti. Tilauksen yhteydessä kysyttyjä yhteystietoja ei käytetä muuhun kuin tilauksen toimitukseen tai siinä ilmenevien epäselvyyksien selvittämiseen, ellei erikseen toisin mainita. Tilatessasi verkkokaupasta sinun edellytetään tutustuneen ja sitoutuneen kulloinkin voimassa oleviin toimitusehtoihin.

Maksaminen ja maksutavat

Toimitustavat ja -kulut

Toimituskulut sisältävät posti- ja pakkauskulut. Esitämme ostoskorissa arvion tulevista toimituskuluista ensisijaisen käytössä olevan toimitustavan mukaan. Tarkat toimituskulut näet valittuasi tilaukselle haluamasi maksu- ja toimitustavat. Käytössä olevat toimitustavat riippuvat ostoskorin sisällöstä ja yhteispainosta. Voit valita kassalla käytössä olevista toimitustavoista sinulle parhaiten sopivan vaihtoehdon jonka yhteydessä tarkka toimituskulu on esitetty.

Toimitusaika

Yleisimmät toimitusaikamme Suomeen vaihtelevat tilauksesta ja toimitustavasta riippuen. Poikkeukset toimitusaika-arvioihin on kerrottu, jos ostoskorissa on varastosta loppuneita tuotteita ja ilmoitamme myös mahdollisista viivästyksistä teille välittömästi tilaamisen jälkeen.

Emme vastaa ylivoimaisen esteen aiheuttamista viivästymisistä tai viivästysten aiheuttamista välillisistä haitoista. Verkkokauppa tiedottaa sivuillaan poikkeavista toimitusajoista.

Palautusehdot

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends within 14 days starting from the day you received the last shipment, or in the case of downloadable products, from the moment you received the order.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous way (for example, by mail or by email). You can also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.

To comply with the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you submit your notice of cancellation before the end of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after informing us about your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You are only responsible for the kind of value decrease of the goods that did not result from treatment that is required for determining the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Lunastamaton paketti

Lunastamatta jättäminen ei ole sama asia kuin palautus tai peruutus. Lunastamatta jätetystä paketista, josta ei ole tehty erillistä peruutusilmoitusta, perimme toimituskustannukset.

Ongelmatilanteet

Mikäli tuote on kadonnut tai vioittunut kuljetuksen aikana tai se ei muuten vastaa tilaustasi, tulee sinun ilmoittaa virheestä viimeistään 14 päivän kuluessa kirjallisesti Peruutusoikeus ja palautusehdot -kohdassa mainittuun osoitteeseen tai soittamalla yhteystiedoissa mainittuun puhelinnumeroon. Jos paketti on selvästi vaurioitunut kuljetuksessa, teidän täytyy tehdä välittömästi asiasta reklamaatio valitsemanne toimitustavan kuljetusyhtiölle.
